Upon payment for the Trademark Your Business All-Inclusive Package above, you will receive a client intake form via the email used to complete your purchase and a licensed trademark attorney will be assigned to your application.
No refunds can be issued once an application has been submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. If by the results of the Comprehensive Trademark Clearance Search, it is determined that the name or logo you are seeking to file has been filed or is in our legal opinion not registrable, you can either provide us with another name or logo or we will issue you a refund for the cost of the trademark filing and monitoring minus the cost of our clearance search and legal opinion. This will result in a total refund of $799 via the same method of payment.
